        c. A wedding program, if available

        d. Childhood-to-present photos, for Wedding tape INTRO "PHOTO MONTAGE", 10 each of bride and

groom and 5 courtship photos. Number the photos in the order you want them to appear in the video.

Big color photos show better on the video. The photos will be returned after the wedding, when you

pick up your wedding video.

        e. Provide any favorite CD music to be used somewhere in your finished video. Clearly designate which CD, and which

selections you want us to use. Provide one CD selection per each ten photos.

12. Do you want us to:

        a. Solicit reminiscences, comments and wishes from specified tables at the reception ?Yes____No_____

        b. Conduct personal interviews with parents, and bridal party in a separate room ? Yes____No_____

We depend on your assistance for their gathering.

Allow a minimum of 45 minutes for interviews of a typical 14 member wedding party and parents.

13. The edited wedding and reception DVD-Rs which you will receive are produced from Digital (DV) working

tapes which are edited using the NLE method, in the PC. We keep these PC files for two weeks after you are notified

to pick up your finished job.

NOTE: We videotape many hours during your Wedding day. However, for good resolution we can ONLY create DVD-Rs for the Ceremony and the Reception of 1 ½ hr. duration.

If you select the VHS option, we can record close to two hours on each tape.

You will receive 3 DVDs for each, the Ceremony and the Reception.

15. We require a 50% deposit and the signed AGREEMENT FOR WEDDING VIDEO SERVICES, to reserve our service: first

come, first served. Balance is due when you pick up your final, edited wedding and reception tapes. (Include 6.75% sales
