MIDWEEK (Mon. to Thus.) EVENT VIDEOTAPING:

Seminars, Lectures, Memorial Services, Anniversaries, Manufacturing setting videos, Family Reunions, Retirement Parties, Interview Senior Relatives, Family Inventory for Insurance, etc.

A. Midweek (Mon. to Thus.) UN-EDITED: Socially acceptable Events,

MiniDV tape, the first 83 minutes, un-edited -----------------$ 75.00

Additional MiniDv un-edited (per hour, or fraction thereof) $ 65.0

1. One Sony 3 chip digital camera present at one location to videotape one continuous event, the first 83 minutes video on a MiniDV tape.

Note: A second Sony 3 chip camera with operator also available, with the same conditions as for one camera present, at an additional charge of $75.00+tax the first 83 minutes.

2. At the conclusion of the videotaping you will receive one MiniDV tape containing a maximum 83 minutes un-edited recording of the event. If two cameras are videotaping then you will receive two un-edited MiniDv tapes at the additional $65.00 +tax charge.

3. Every care will be taken to produce the best recording possible. However, you must agree and understand that an un-edited videotaping might contain portions of recording which might be out-of-focus, shaky, and deemed unacceptable. You agree to accept the MiniDV tape(s) “As Is”.

4. In order to "reserve" the date for this event, a check must be paid written to the order of: Misty Memories Videotaping , in the amount of $75+tax= $80.10 (for one camera present at the videotaping) . We do NOT reserve a date unless this condition is met.

5. As many days as possible before the event you must provide us with:

B. Midweek (Mon. to Thus.) - EDITED: Socially acceptable Events, etc. 83 min. duration $350.00

1. One Sony 3 chip digital camera present at one location to videotape one event maximum 83 minutes video duration. Note: A second Sony 3 chip camera with operator also available, with the same conditions as for one camera present, at an additional charge of $75.00+tax the first 83 minutes.

2. You will receive three edited DVD-Rs in handsome cases with artwork.

3. You must provide at a minimum of one week before the event :

e. NAME/TITLE of the EVENT: A complete description of what is to be videotaped and an analytical description of the order of the program. No need for this information if the Event is a Wedding, or other familiar event.

f. Provide the Event's INVITATION, ANNOUNCEMENT, TITLE, Credits, and any other printed material that you would like to have incorporated into the “Edited”, Completed, DVD video.

g. Provide copyright free CD music to be used, if needed, in various portions of the video
