AGREEMENT FOR WEDDING VIDEO SERVICES MISTY MEMORIES VIDEOTAPING

In no event will Kosmas G. (Mikis), Diana Synadinos, or any member acting on behalf of MISTY MEMORIES VIDEOTAPING be liable if, for any reasons beyond their control, such as bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc., they are unable to totally or partially videotape/deliver any video for a "Traditional" wedding / reception, etc. Videographers limit liability to the return of all or partial deposits. Misty Memories reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be returned in full. Any liability on the part of Misty Memories will be limited to the amounts of monies paid. This agreement constitutes an order for video services. A deposit of 50% of the contracted fee, plus sales tax is due at the signing of this contract, unless otherwise agreed upon. Upon signature the videographer(s) will reserve the date and time agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that date and time. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the event to be videotaped is canceled for any reason. Three additional pages are attached. On two of them (See WEDDING CHECKLIST), it is stated that you must provide: the correct spelling of the names of the participants, the event's invitation, the specified number of photographs , names of clergy, dates, phone numbers, etc. This information must be received by us at a minimum of two weeks before the date of the event . Videographer(s) reserve final judgment in regard to acceptable artistic content. We are with you until 11:30 p.m., if necessary. We can only create 1 ½ hr. duration DVD-Rs and 2hrs. duration VHS tapes. Unless previously agreed we will be present three hours at the wedding and until 11:30 p.m. at the reception, We require 10-15 minutes videotaping time with the wedding party before the wedding. If a program is not provided to us two weeks in advance of the wedding and reception we then rely on you to guide us, as to the order of events, to have our equipment ready and in position, especially if you plan any special events or surprises. Receptions last many hours but we do not videotape continuously. We expect to eat at the reception unless other arrangements are previously specified. You agree to pick up your DVD-Rs (or VHS tapes, if you selected the VHS tape option) , pay the balance plus sales tax and order any additional clones (copies of our Masters) within two weeks from the date you are notified that they are ready. After two weeks we delete the working and Master from the PC. If you have any questions about this or the attached pages please clarify them with us before you sign. Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Misty Memories of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product. Note: some older DVD players DO NOT play DVD-Rs which the client will receive.

Optionally, tell us, if instead of the 3 DVD sets, you want two VHS tape sets (two the Ceremony and two for the Reception).
